Your order will be shipped out via chosen delivery method within the next working day (Public holiday, Saturday & Sunday not included).
For example, if order is placed on Monday, it will be sent out on the same day or next working day (Tuesday). If order is placed on Friday, it will be sent out on the same day (Friday) or next working day (next Monday). If order is placed on Saturday, it will be sent out the next Monday.
While checking out, you may choose one of the shipping methods:
SingPost normal mail: normal mail service provided by SingPost and your parcel will be delivered to your mailbox, just like your normal letters. The SingPost postman would not call before delivery.
Qxpress registered mail: registered mail service provided by Qxpress, your parcel will be delivered to doorsteps. Tracking number will be issued for Qxpress registered mail. Please make sure you are contactable via mobile phone and there’s someone available at shipping address given.
Self-collection: self collect at our address. Please SMS/WhatsApp us and quote your order number before coming to arrange the self-collection time.
SingPost normal mail: Free if your purchase amount is above S$20 after discounts are applied. For order amount below S$20, shipping fee is what SingPost charges and calculated based on total weight of the purchased items:
0-100g : S$0.90 101-250g : S$1.40 251-500g : S$1.80 501g-1kg : S$2.70 1kg-2kg : S$3.50
Qxpress registered mail: Free if your purchase amount is above S$50 after discounts are applied. For order amount below S$50, shipping fee is S$3.99.
We send out orders within next working day, then the delivery time will vary, depending on the shipping method you choose:
SingPost normal mail: based on our experience and feedback from customers, 80% of all the mails/parcels will be delivered in 1-2 working days via SingPost normal mail, however it may take longer time sometimes, up to 2 weeks occasionally.
Qxpress registered mail: usually in 1-3 working days.
We can send out parcel as soon as we can, but once it’s shipped out, we are unfortunately not able to speed up delivery as delivery is done by SingPost or courier service, it’s not in our control.
If you need your order urgently, please choose self collection.
Unfortunately, request for specific delivery date/time cannot be accommodated at the moment.
For SingPost normal mail, the parcel will be delivered to your mailbox, so you do not have to be available at the shipping address.
For Qxpress registered mail, the courier man will call/SMS you if you are not available at the first delivery attempt in order to arrange re-delivery.
- On-hold: order received, waiting for payment via PayNow or bank transfer
- Failed: order received, but payment via credit card did not go through successfully
- Processing: payment has been received, we are preparing to send order
- Complete: order has been sent out via chosen shipping method
For orders shipped via SingPost normal mail, it will take a few working days to be delivered, there’s no tracking number and the parcel is not traceable once shipped out.
For orders shipped via Qxpress registered mail, we will send you tracking number in order notes email, you can then track delivery status on Qxpress website.
Contact us immediately if you spot an error with your shipping address, otherwise we wouldn’t know.
If the order has not been shipped out, we will update your shipping address after verifying identification.
If the order has been shipped out, we can only wait and re-send when, and if, the parcel is returned to us. There will be additional re-shipping fee charged to re-send.
Based on our experience and feedback from customers, 80% of all the mails/parcels will be delivered in 1-2 working days via SingPost normal mail, however it may take longer time sometimes, up to 2 weeks occasionally. So, if your order is placed not more than 14 days ago, please just wait for a few more days.
If you still have not received the order 14 days after shipping out, please double check your letterbox and see if you received self collection notice from SingPost. Very often, the parcel is bigger than the space available of your letterbox and cannot be put into letterbox, postman would then leave self collection notice, you need to collect the parcel at assigned post office within 2 weeks. You may also call the post office nearest to your shipping address to check if there’s parcel under your name waiting to be collected.
If you do not receive orders 2-3 weeks after shipped out, and there’s no self collection notice, the parcel might be lost. Unfortunately there’s no tracking number for SingPost normal mail, mail/parcel is not traceable in this case, which means, even SingPost themselves is not able to locate where the parcel is. Sadly, lost mail does happen, although ratio is probably below 0.1-0.2%. Please contact us in such case.
