We try our best to make ordering process as easy as possible, while giving buyers necessary options:
- (Optional but highly recommended) Sign up for 3princess.com account to receive S$3 cash coupon and reward points.
- Browse through product categories and locate the product to purchase.
- On product page, select options, if there's one, such as size, colour. Then select quantity if you would like to buy more than one piece and click on Add To Cart button.
- Continue shopping around.
- When you've added all desired products in cart, click on View Cart button.
- On cart page, apply coupon and/or reward points if applicable. Double check all product details in cart, choose shipping method, check total amount to pay, then click on Proceed To Checkout button if all are correct.
- On checkout page, double check your name, billing and shipping address that is auto filled if you've signed in your account, or enter name, billing and shipping address if you want to check out as guest.
- Double check item details in cart and shipping method chosen again.
- Choose payment method (PayNow, bank transfer or credit card), enter credit card info if credit card payment is chosen.
- Tick/select the "I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions" checkbox, then click on the Place Order button.
- If PayNow or bank transfer is chosen, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page with payment instructions displayed on the page. If credit card payment is chosen and payment is successful, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page with order details displayed.
So many steps? Actually it's rather easy and streamlined when you really do it - it's our second nature to shop online with just a few clicks.
Here's what to expect after order is placed on the website.
First of all, email notifications will be sent out automatically at different stages (order received, payment received, under processing, order sent out, etc.) , so buyer will be well informed about status of the order.
If you choose to pay by credit card:
- If payment is processed successfully, order will be marked as Processing automatically.
- Order confirmation email will be sent.
- We will process the order and send out items purchased as soon as we can. Another email will be sent when we send out the order.
- Order will be marked as Complete once shipped.
No action required from buyer.
If you choose to pay by PayNow or bank transfer:
- Payment instructions will be displayed on the thank you page after order is submitted.
- Order confirmation email will be sent, which also includes payment instructions.
- Order will be marked as On-hold until payment is received.
- Please make payment accordingly and inform us, we will check our bank account and update order from On-hold to Processing status once payment is received. 2nd email will be sent when order is updated to Processing.
- We will process the order and send out items purchased as soon as we can. 3rd email will be sent when we send out the order.
- Order will be marked as Complete once shipped.
Buyer needs to make payment via their own online banking facilities then inform us.
- Once payment is received, order will be in Processing status, buyer will need to email or WhatsApp us, quote the order number, and arrange self collection time with us.
- Order will be updated to Complete status once self-collection is done.

Yes sure, we have worry-free, ‘no question asked’ cancel, return and refund policy.
If order has not been shipped out, you can cancel it by clicking on Cancel button of the order in your account, we will process cancellation request and refund:
If order has been shipped out, you can still return the parcel and get refund within 7 days upon receipt of shipment. But you need to contact us first to get return approval. For more details, please refer to Return & Exchange FAQ.
Usually, refund will be credited via the original payment method used.
Placed order but realise you need to make some amendments to your order options or other details?
If you chose to pay by PayNow or bank transfer, and have not made the payment, so the order is in On-hold status, you can contact us with amendment details, we will make changes to the order, total payment amount and invoice will be re-generated.
Unfortunately, there's no easy way to change an order in other situations, because the order would be locked in the system once it's in Processing status, we recommend cancelling the order and proceed to place a new order with correct options.
Please login to your 3princess.com account, go to Orders section, you can find your orders listed with order status:
- On-hold: order received, waiting for payment via PayNow or bank transfer
- Pending: order received, waiting for payment via credit card
- Failed: order received, but payment via credit card did not go through successfully (failed or rejected)
- Processing: payment has been received, we are preparing to send order
- Complete: order has been sent out via chosen shipping method
- Cancel Request: buyer made cancellation request, waiting for approval
- Refunded: order has been refunded
- Canceled: order has been canceled (before payment is received, so there's no refund)
We will send out orders within the next working day via chosen shipping method, then delivery will usually take 1-3 working days, but sometimes longer, depending on how fast SingPost or courier service can deliver.
