Cancellations, Returns & Exchange Policy

At 3Princess.com we try our best to make your purchase hassle-free and zero-risk. If for any reason customers are not completely satisfied, they can cancel order, return items purchased for refund, or send items back for exchange. Please read and follow the steps below.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled, for any reason or no reason, no question asked.

To cancel an order, please email us order cancellation request with your order ID. The request must be sent from the same email address you use to login to 3Princess.com customer account.

Before sending order cancellatiion request, please login to your account and check order status:

  • If the order is in Pending, Pending Payment or Pending PayPal status, it means the order is not paid yet (therefore not shipped) and can be cacelled.
  • If the order is in Processing status, it means the order has been paid and is in process for shipping (but not dispatched yet) and can be cancelled. After order is cancelled, we will refund full payment. Please refer to Refund below for details.
  • If the order is in Complete status, it means the items purchased have been dispatched and order cannot be cancelled. Customer can return the items after receiving the package, please refer to Returns instructions below.

Returns

Items can be returned for refund within 60 days after order date as long as they are in their original and resalable condition and packaging if applicable - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags and labels intact and attached.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Orders with free shipping are elegible for a refund within return timeframe, however the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. We will scan and email customer the delivery slip as proof of the shipping fee.

Before returning the items, please email us your order ID, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason of returning (preferred but not required), we will reply and inform you whether you can proceed and confirm the address that you should send to.

If you are returning the item because it is faulty, please email us first, describe the details and provide photos for proof.

Please return the item(s) along with printout of your order information (which you can find in your 3Princess.com account and order confirmation email) using a reliable mailing service. We recommend using a service with tracking number. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and should ensure it reaches us safely as we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in return shipping.

All items returned are thoroughly inspected to be accepted for return or exchange. Any items returned which are not in the condition described above will be sent back to you at your own expense.

We will issue refund within 5 working days after returned items are received.

All items are considered final sale after 60 days of the order date and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange

Items can be returned for exchange for another size, color, or even another clothing alltogether, within 60 days after order date as long as they are in their original and resalable 
condition and packaging if applicable - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags and lables intact and attached.

Please email us before sending items for exchange so that we can ensure we have your selections for the exchange and can pull the items pending the arrival of your exchange items. In the email, please also include your order ID, the item(s) you would like to ereturn, and the new items you want for exchange, we will reply whether your selection is avaiable and confirm the address that you should send to.

Please return the item(s) along with printout of your order information using a reliable mailing service. We recommend using a service with tracking number.  Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and should ensure it reaches us safely as we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in return shipping.

Exchanges are subject to re-shipping costs. We will send invoice for re-shipping fee once exchange items are received, and will send new items once re-shipping fee is received.

If exchange is for another clothing and new item value is higher than original item, a top up is required for the difference. No refund will be offered for exchange item of lower value, but price difference can be used to offset re-shipping cost.

One time courtesy exchange is free. 2nd time exchange is subject to handling fees of S$20 per case.

Refund

In summary, we will issue refund in these situations:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch. Full refund will be issued.
  • Items are returned in original and resalable condition as described above. Refund will be issued at items order amount less shipping fee.

For Singapore local customers, refund will be made by PayPal, SGD$ check or bank/wire transfer. For international orders, refund will be made by PayPal only.
